WEEK 1 FOCUS LIST


DAY 1- tempo(finish runs)

DAY 2- Press the whole (make cuts at the line of scrimmage)

DAY 3- Be aggressive

DAY 4- Make every run count

u can never be good enough... there is always sumthin to workon!!! lol
